CChosen1z Basketball is a youth travel basketball program dedicated to:
• Fundamental and advanced skill development
• Character building and sportsmanship
• Providing competitive playing opportunities
• Supporting exposure for student-athletes pursuing recruitment from collegiate programs at all levels
Participation is open to approved youth athletes who meet age, conduct, and eligibility requirements at the discretion of Chosen1z staff.

2. Eligibility & Registration
To enroll a participant:
• A parent/legal guardian must complete the registration form
• Payment of required fees must be submitted
• All required waivers and medical forms must be signed before participation
Chosen1z reserves the right to deny or remove a participant for safety, conduct, or program fit at any time.

3. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy
All fees—team fees, training fees, uniform fees, tournament fees, or travel-related costs—must be paid in full by stated deadlines.
Refunds:
• Fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
• Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances (season cancellation, severe injury with documentation, or at the sole discretion of the program director).
• Missed practices, games, events, or scheduling changes do not qualify for refunds or credits.

4. Player Conduct & Expectations
All athletes are expected to:
• Display positive sportsmanship
• Attend practices, games, and events when possible
• Respect coaches, officials, teammates, and opponents
• Follow team rules, safety instructions, and program guidelines
Chosen1z may suspend or dismiss a player for behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or detrimental to the program.

5. Parent/Guardian Conduct
Parents and guardians must:
• Maintain respectful communication with coaches, staff, officials, and other families
• Avoid coaching from the sideline
• Support program values and standards
• Refrain from disruptive behavior or harassment of any kind
Violations may result in removal from events or dismissal of the participant from the program.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in basketball involves inherent risks, including injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You assume all risks associated with training, travel, games, and events
• Chosen1z, its staff, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur
• You authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary
A separate waiver may be required depending on event or facility policies.

7. Travel, Transportation & Supervision
For travel tournaments or events:
• Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging transportation unless otherwise specified
• Chosen1z is not liable for travel-related incidents
• Players must follow supervision rules and hotel/tournament guidelines
Any violation may result in disciplinary action or removal from travel activities.

8. Athlete Exposure & Recruiting
Chosen1z provides training, competition, and opportunities intended to support athlete exposure to colleges.
However:
• We do not guarantee college recruitment or scholarships
• Exposure opportunities may vary based on player effort, ability, event selection, and external college interest
• All final recruiting decisions rest solely with college programs

All content on Chosen1zBasketball.com—including logos, text, photos, videos, curriculum, and graphics—is owned by Chosen1z and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission
• Impersonate staff or misrepresent affiliation
• Post harmful, false, or inappropriate content

By participating in Chosen1z activities, you grant permission for:
• Photos, videos, and media of your child to be captured during events
• Chosen1z to use this media for marketing, website content, and promotional materials
